Terms of Use

Purpose and scope
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Fearless Horizon Stunts website (published in Greek at fearlesshorizonstunts.com and in English at fearlesshorizonstunts.com/en), operated by Fearless Horizon Stunts, a stunt-performer casting and production-support company based in Athens/Piraeus, Greece. The site is informational: it presents our services, our public Performer Pool, and two lead-capture forms — a production brief and a Performer Pool PDF request. By browsing the site or submitting either form, you accept these terms.
These terms cover the website only. They do not govern the safety, scheduling, insurance, or liability terms of an actual stunt-coordination or production engagement — those are set out in a separate written agreement negotiated directly with the production once a brief moves forward.
Intellectual property
All text, page design, photography, video, logos, and underlying code on this site belong to Fearless Horizon Stunts or to the licensors and performers who supplied the material, and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Showreel and production clips (typically 30 to 90 seconds) are published for evaluation viewing only; downloading, re-hosting, or redistributing them outside that purpose is not permitted.
Performer data confidentiality
Full performer profiles — physical stats, exact availability, suitable-role notes, contact details, and full reel links — are private-tier information. We share them directly with a specific, verified production or casting contact for professional evaluation; they are never published on the public site.
The Performer Pool PDF covers public-tier profiles only (those with documented public-photo consent) and is currently delivered manually by a member of our team, by email, once a request has been reviewed — it is not an automated or self-service download. Anyone who receives the PDF, or any private profile information shared directly with them, agrees not to redistribute, publish, or forward it beyond their own casting or production evaluation.
Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape or automatically harvest performer photos, profiles, or roster data from the site; not to submit false, fraudulent, or malicious information through the production-brief or PDF-request forms; and not to attempt to bypass the anti-spam protections on those forms (Cloudflare Turnstile and a hidden honeypot field). Submissions that trip the honeypot are silently discarded and nothing is stored.
You also agree not to attempt unauthorized access to the admin panel at /admin, and not to use contact details obtained through a brief or PDF request to harass performers or our team.
No user accounts, e-commerce, or payments
The public site has no visitor registration, no user accounts, and no online purchases, subscriptions, or payments of any kind. The only password-protected area is the internal admin panel, restricted to Fearless Horizon Stunts staff and used to manage the performer roster, the showreel, and marketing copy — it does not extend to, or let staff edit, this legal text.
Third-party links and embeds
Showreel and production video are embedded from YouTube or Vimeo through a lazy-loaded facade — the third-party player is only requested after you click play, not on page load. Our footer also links to Instagram, which opens in a new tab.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, advertising, or privacy practices of YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram, or any other third-party site you reach from ours. Once you interact with them, their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that access will be uninterrupted, that operation will be error-free, or that every performer's listed availability is accurate at the exact moment you view it — the roster is updated by our team through the admin panel, but real-time availability should be confirmed with us directly before you finalize casting.
Nothing on this site is legal, safety, or insurance advice, and nothing here constitutes a coordination or safety commitment for a specific production — those commitments, where we make them, live in the separate production agreement, not in this website.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Greek and EU law, Fearless Horizon Stunts is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, reliance on information displayed on it, or your interaction with any embedded or linked third-party service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site or our services change. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision, and continued use of the site after that date constitutes acceptance of the update. Changes that affect how we handle form data are reflected in the Privacy Policy as well.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens, Greece have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your own country of residence if you are an EU consumer.
